In-mold labelling is a labelling process of decorating a plastic object while it is being formed in the mould. Because the label is imbedded in the wall of the cup or container, it is very durable and impossible to remove. For rectangular tubs, all four sides and the bottom can be decorated with a single, high-quality printed label. This printing method is also suitable for round cups, pails and lids.

Our IML servo robots were designed and manufactured in-house and are specialized to handle a broad range of pre-cut labels for both flat, round and multi-sided surfaces. The placing of labels in moulds, as well as the removal and stacking of products is done in one fully automatic cycle.
